What happens when I cross the 5-user limit on the free tier?

Nothing suddenly breaks. You'll see a banner at 4 users and an in-app message at 5 asking you to upgrade to Growth within 14 days. If you don't upgrade, we keep the workspace read-only — we don't delete your data, you just can't add new records until you upgrade or remove users.

A lot of CRMs try to force the decision with soft-locks and nag screens. We'd rather you stay on free as long as it works for you.

How is the implementation actually delivered?

Every paid plan gets a named implementation lead from our 25-person team. Typical flow:

  • Week 1: Kickoff call, data audit, workflow mapping interview with your team
  • Week 2: Data migration, pipeline + object setup, integration configuration
  • Week 3: Workflow automation, dashboards, and training sessions (live + recorded)
  • Weeks 4–24: Biweekly optimization check-ins until the 6-month guarantee window closes

The whole thing is tracked in a shared project plan you can see from day one.

What's the 6-month guarantee exactly?

Within 6 months of go-live, two metrics have to be true:

  • Time saved: Your team saves 10+ hours per week on CRM admin, measured against a baseline we capture in week 1.
  • Adoption: 80%+ of your provisioned users log in at least once per week, measured from product data.

If either misses the threshold at the 6-month mark, we refund the last 3 months of payments. You keep the configured system, migrated data, workflows, reports, and every recording. You owe us nothing to walk.

Can I change tiers up or down?

Yes, anytime, with no migration penalty. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — we'll let you know if any features you're using aren't available at the lower tier, so you can decide.

Same API, same data model at every tier, so there's no "export-and-reimport" gymnastics.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — 20% off if you pay annually. That's $23/user/mo on Growth, $47 on Business, $79 on Scale. Toggle at the top of this page to see annual prices.

We don't push harder annual commitments. If you want a 2- or 3-year deal with extra discount, it's available on Scale — email sales.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card and ACH for monthly and annual plans. Invoice + wire or ACH on Scale or any annual plan over $25K. We use Stripe for card processing.

All payments in USD. Non-USD billing is on the roadmap for 2026.

What happens at the end of my contract?

If you're on a month-to-month plan, it just continues. Annual plans auto-renew unless you cancel from the billing page (or email us) before the renewal date — we'll send a reminder 30 days before.

If you leave, you get a full data export in standard CSV + JSON formats within 24 hours. Your account stays read-only for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's fully deleted. No hostage-taking — your data is yours.
