Pipeline Report

Shows the health of your sales pipeline.

Filters:

  • Date range (deal created or close date)
  • Assigned owner
  • Stage

Metrics:

  • Total deals per stage
  • Total value per stage
  • Average deal size
  • Deal velocity (average days to close)

Funnel view: see the drop-off rate between stages — where are deals getting stuck?

Forecast Report

Projects your expected revenue for the selected period.

How it works: Each deal stage has a win probability (set in Settings → Pipeline):

  • Lead: 10%
  • Qualified: 30%
  • Proposal: 60%
  • Negotiation: 80%
  • Won: 100%

Weighted forecast = sum of (deal value × stage probability) for all open deals with a close date in the period.

Best case = sum of all open deal values (ignoring probability).

Activity Report

Shows what your team has been doing.

Metrics per rep or team:

  • Emails sent
  • Calls logged
  • Meetings held
  • Tasks completed
  • Notes added

Filter by date range and team member. Export to CSV for external reporting.

Date Ranges

All reports support common date range presets:

  • Today
  • This week / Last week
  • This month / Last month
  • This quarter / Last quarter
  • Custom date range
