Workspace Settings

Everything you can configure in Settings — accessible from the gear icon in the sidebar.

Only workspace admins can change most of these settings.


Team & Members

Settings → Team

Roles:

  • Viewer — can see everything, cannot create or edit
  • Editor — can create, edit, and delete their own records
  • Admin — full access including settings, billing, and other members' records

Channels (Email, SMS, Phone)

Settings → Channels

Connect communication channels used by the Inbox.

Each channel can be assigned to one or more Inboxes.


Inboxes

Settings → Inboxes

An Inbox is a named queue for conversations from a specific channel.

Create multiple inboxes for different teams (e.g., "Support", "Sales", "Billing").

Per-inbox settings:

  • Name and email address
  • Auto-assignment rules (round-robin, load-balanced, or manual)
  • SLA policy
  • CSAT survey (enable/disable, customise question)
  • Out-of-office reply

Pipeline Stages

Settings → Pipeline

Customise deal stages for your sales process.

  1. Click + Add Stage
  2. Enter stage name
  3. Set win probability (0–100%) — used in forecast reports
  4. Drag to reorder stages
  5. Click Save

Default stages: Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won / Lost


Custom Fields

Settings → Custom Fields

Add fields to Contact, Company, or Deal records.

Field types: Text, Number, Date, Dropdown, Multi-select, Checkbox, URL

Custom fields appear on record profiles and are available in filters, workflows, and reports.


Integrations

Settings → Integrations

Connect external tools.

Click Connect next to an integration to start the OAuth or config flow.


AI Platform

Settings → AI Platform

Configure which AI model powers Prerak features.

See AI Platform guide for full details.


API Keys

Settings → API Keys

Create and manage API keys for:

  • MCP server connections (ChatGPT, Claude Desktop)
  • External scripts and integrations
  • M2M service-to-service access

Scopes: read-only, read-write, or admin.

Keys are shown once at creation — copy and store them securely. Lost keys must be revoked and recreated.


Notifications

Settings → Notifications

Configure which events trigger notifications (in-app, email, or both):

  • New conversation assigned to me
  • Conversation replied to
  • Task due today
  • Deal stage changed
  • Sequence step failed
  • Agent run completed

Billing

Settings → Billing

  • View current plan and usage
  • Upgrade or downgrade plan
  • Download invoices
  • Update payment method
