Prerak weaves AI through the product rather than bolting on a single chatbot. This page maps where AI shows up and how the pieces fit together.

Where AI appears

  • Ask Rep — a conversational assistant that answers questions about your CRM and proposes actions you can run. See Ask Rep.
  • Intelligence panels — AI summaries on company, contact, and deal records that pull together history and context at a glance.
  • Meeting prep and briefings — pre-meeting summaries on the home dashboard and on meeting records. See Recordings & Briefings.
  • Deal coaching — AI stage coaching and next-best-action suggestions on deal records. See Playbooks & Coaching.
  • Native agents — background assistants that watch your pipeline and activity and act on your behalf. See Agents.

How AI is controlled

Two admin surfaces govern all of the above:

  • AI Platform (Settings → AI Platform) — chooses which providers and models power each kind of task, sets budgets, and enforces governance rules. See AI Platform.
  • AI Credits (Settings → AI Credits) — AI usage is metered in credits; when the balance runs low, AI features pause. See Billing & Credits.

Extending Prerak with your own AI tools

You can connect external assistants like ChatGPT and Claude Desktop to your CRM over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). See AI Plugins & MCP.
