Email & Calendar
Connect your mailbox and calendar so Prerak can sync email threads and meetings onto your records automatically — and manage the templates your team reuses.
Email and meeting sync
Where to find it: Settings → Email & Meetings.
Workspace-level controls for:
- Email and calendar syncing — connect Google or Microsoft so threads and meetings flow into Prerak.
- Record creation rules — how synced activity maps to contacts and records.
- Recording bots that join and capture meetings.
- SMTP for sending.
- Meeting AI settings.
Note: Until a provider is connected here, the Meetings and Emails views stay empty. Connecting a mailbox is usually the first thing a new workspace should do.
Email templates
Where to find it: Settings → Email templates.
Create reusable subject + body templates for the "Send from Template"
workflow action. Templates support merge tokens like
{{trigger.contactFirstName}}, which are filled in at send time.
