The workspace activity feed
Where to find it: open Activity from the CRM area of the sidebar.
The Workspace Activity feed is a unified, chronological history of what's happening across your CRM. It's the fastest way to catch up on recent interactions without opening records one by one.
Note: Activity starts appearing once your team generates it — sending an email, logging a call, or creating a task. A brand-new workspace shows an empty feed until then.
Record timelines
Each person, company, and deal has its own timeline showing the activity tied to that record. Open a record and review its timeline to see the full history of your relationship in one place.
Logging notes and activity
Add notes to a record to capture context that isn't an email or a meeting — call outcomes, internal observations, next steps. Notes join the timeline alongside automatically synced activity, so the record stays a complete picture.
