FAQ & Troubleshooting

Answers to common questions about using Prerak day to day.

Sign-in

I didn't get my magic link. Check your spam folder, confirm you entered the right work email, and request a new link. Links expire after a short window, so use the most recent one.

I'm in the wrong workspace. Use the workspace switcher to change workspaces. If you expected access to a workspace you can't see, ask that workspace's admin to invite you — see Workspace & Members.

Email and meetings aren't syncing

Email threads and meetings appear only after you connect a mailbox and calendar. Go to Email & Calendar and connect Google or Microsoft, then run a sync. Until a provider is connected, the Meetings and Emails views stay empty.

AI features aren't working

AI assistants, agents, and summaries depend on your workspace's AI configuration and credit balance.

  • Confirm a provider is configured in Settings → AI Platform — see AI Platform.
  • Check your AI Credits balance in Billing & Credits; AI features pause when the balance runs out.

I can't change a setting

Many workspace settings are limited by role. Owners and admins can change workspace-level settings; members generally can't. Your role is shown in Settings → General. See Security & Access for how roles and permissions work.

The workspace is read-only

If your workspace exceeds your plan's limits it can become read-only until you upgrade — no data is ever deleted. See Billing & Credits.
