Analytics Suites
Beyond general reports, Prerak includes purpose-built analytics suites for specific teams and questions. Each is a focused dashboard you'll find under Reports.
The suites
- Team performance — how reps and teams are performing against their targets.
- Coaching — coaching metrics that help managers develop their teams.
- Revenue hygiene — the health and cleanliness of your pipeline data (stale deals, missing next steps, and similar gaps).
- Goals — attainment tracking for revenue, deals, meetings, and service outcomes. See Forecasting & Goals.
- Meeting readiness — how prepared your team is for upcoming meetings.
- Skill insights — insight into team skills and development areas.
Depending on your workspace, you may also see admin analytics, compliance, and service suites.
Tuning the suites
Some suites are driven by thresholds you can configure.
Where to find it: Settings → Performance policies sets the thresholds and weights behind the Team Performance suite, so the dashboards reflect your definition of "on target."
Tip: Revisit performance-policy thresholds periodically. As your team and targets change, the definitions behind these dashboards should keep pace.
