Integrations

Connect Prerak to the other systems your business runs on — CRMs, finance tools, chat, data warehouses, and your website.

Connected accounts

Where to find it: Settings → Connected accounts.

Admins connect an external instance (such as Salesforce, finance tools, or Slack) and set a sync policy, then monitor conflicts and replay jobs to keep data consistent between systems.

API keys and apps

Where to find it: Settings → Apps.

Create workspace-scoped API keys, control which objects each key can access, rotate or revoke credentials, and review key activity. These keys are what you use to connect external tools — including AI assistants over MCP (see AI Plugins & MCP).

Warning: API keys grant programmatic access to workspace data. Scope them narrowly and revoke any key that's no longer needed or may have been exposed.

Data warehouse

Where to find it: Settings → Warehouse.

Sync your CRM data to a data warehouse or BI destination for analysis alongside the rest of your business data.

Website tracking

Where to find it: Settings → Tracking script.

Generate website tracking snippets and manage visitor consent, so web activity can feed into Prerak.
