Prerak can capture your meetings and turn them into searchable recordings and AI-generated summaries, so nothing said in a call gets lost.
Recordings
Where to find it: open Recordings from the sidebar.
The Recordings library holds meetings that were recorded or transcribed. Once a recording bot has captured a meeting, it appears here with its recording and transcript, searchable and filterable.
Note: Recordings show up only when recording is enabled and a bot has captured a meeting. Enable recording bots in Settings → Email & Meetings — see Email & Calendar.
AI briefings and meeting prep
Prerak uses AI to prepare you for meetings and summarize them afterward:
- Meeting prep summaries appear on the home dashboard, briefing you on what's coming up.
- Meeting briefings on the meeting record pull together the relevant context for that specific call.
These briefings are part of Prerak's AI layer and consume AI credits — see Ask Rep and AI in Prerak.
