Navigation & Search
Prerak is built to keep you moving. Between the sidebar, global search, and the command bar, you can reach almost anything in a couple of keystrokes.
The sidebar
The left sidebar groups the product into feature areas — CRM, Deals, Automation, Inbox & Service, Reports, and Settings. Your favorite views appear near the top so the records you work in most are always one click away.
Global search
Use search to jump straight to a record — a person, company, deal, or ticket — without navigating there manually. Start typing a name and pick the match from the results.
The command bar
The command bar is the fastest way to work. Open it from anywhere to search records and run actions without reaching for the mouse.
Use it to:
- Jump to any record or page.
- Trigger common actions (create a task, add a deal, and more).
- Navigate the app entirely from the keyboard.
Tip: Learn the shortcut to open the command bar and you'll rarely need the sidebar for routine navigation.
Keyboard shortcuts
Prerak ships with keyboard shortcuts for the actions you repeat most. Open the Keyboard shortcuts reference from the bottom of the sidebar to see the full list for your workspace.
