Playbooks capture how your team should work deals; AI coaching helps reps apply that guidance on the deals in front of them.
Playbooks
Where to find it: open Playbooks from the sidebar.
A playbook defines the plays your team should run at each stage of a deal — the actions, checklists, and guidance that move an opportunity forward. Each playbook tracks metrics so you can compare how deals following the playbook perform.
You can apply a playbook to deals in bulk from the pipeline board — select the deals and choose Apply Playbook.
AI deal coaching
Prerak surfaces AI coaching directly on the deal record so reps get guidance without leaving their work.
Where to find it: open a deal and use the AI & Intelligence panels in the right sidebar.
- AI stage coaching — click Get coaching for stage-specific advice and suggested actions tailored to the deal.
- AI recommendation — get a next-best-action suggestion, which can include a drafted email.
- AI health and deal score — a read on the deal's momentum and risk.
Stage guidance that admins write in Settings → Deals (per stage) also shows up to reps on the deal, reinforcing your playbook at the point of work.
Tip: Coaching draws on the deal's activity and context. The more complete the record — notes, meetings, next steps — the more useful the guidance.
