Privacy requests

Where to find it: Settings → Privacy.

Manage the full data-subject request (DSAR) lifecycle:

  • The DSAR queue and approvals for incoming requests.
  • Export bundles that package a subject's data.
  • Erasure workflows to remove data on request.
  • Data retention controls.

Where to find it: Settings → Consent center.

Keep marketing communications compliant:

  • Subscription categories recipients can opt into or out of.
  • Recipient-level consent tracking.
  • Suppressions so you never message someone who has opted out.
  • Deliverability compliance controls.

Warning: Consent and suppression rules apply automatically when you send marketing emails. A suppressed or unconsented recipient is excluded from a send — check the consent center if expected recipients are missing.
