Calls & VoIP

Prerak includes built-in calling, so you can dial, record, and log calls without leaving the CRM.

Where to find it

Configure calling in Settings → VoIP; place and receive calls from the inbox and record surfaces.

What you can do

  • Make and receive calls directly in Prerak.
  • Record calls for later review, with recordings attached to the related record.
  • Voicemail drop — leave a pre-recorded voicemail with one click instead of repeating the same message.
  • Power dialer — work through a list of contacts efficiently, one call after another.

Calls log to the related contact and deal, so they show up in the activity timeline like any other interaction.

Note: Calling features depend on your VoIP configuration in Settings → VoIP. Set this up before your team starts dialing.
